  The service was nice, the food was great, the only problem was they forgot some simple things like cheese for my pasta and wouldn't do refills without being reminded. Can't blame anyone though, it was a busy night.

  I completely understand raising the price a bit, -OR- cutting the portions a bit as it was such a great deal, but they've done BOTH.

  Kids were still picking at their meals and server tried to remove their dishes. I wouldn't have minded if she asked before picking up the plates but she just grabbed them.

  Food is great. Things are 9.9/10 times cooked correctly. The wife and I have gotten near everything on the menu and everything was cooked how it should be. The taste is good as well; well seasoned.

  Kids desert (pudding) was served with forks. I ask for a couple of spoons but she said every spoon is in the dishwasher. I find that hard to understand from a restaurant.

  Arrived on a Sunday evening. Restaurant side was 1/3-1/2 full. Food was good but service could improve. Ordered my children's meals first and asked for them to be served first; so I could feed them before my meal came. I ordered my meal 5-8 minutes later. Didn't see the waitress again until meals were served which felt like an abnormally long time. Unfortunately all meals came at the same time.

  This sole thing is what made the wife and I start going to Casey's/CJ's more often. They have 'butterfly/tornado potatoes' which are a humongous portion for the same price as Cactus Cuts.

  All in all it's a good place, just VERY disappointed about the Cactus Cuts. If they reduce the price or increase the portions again BP would start being our main dining restaurant again, hands down.

  Prices are fair for most items, except the Cactus Cut Potatoes. My wife and I used to almost exclusively come to BP because of these bad boys. They were very a very good price for a very good portion.

  Service is good. Sometimes you have to wait for a refill on your drink, even having to track down your server sometimes - this should be something they work on as it happens quite frequently.

  To top it off the waitress tried to charge me $2.99 for hot water. She marked it as tea. I complained to the manager and could see from my cup it was just water. They did change the bill.
