    The orthodontist was actually amazing. He was kind and sensitive. My son really liked him. I did too.

    I was very disappointed with the medical secretaries. I haven't felt so unwelcome in an orthodontist office before. My son felt The same. The horrible looks on their faces like I was wasting their time. Cold unfriendly environment. I called my dentist (Family Dental Clinic....they're AMAZING) and would rather go to Peterborough then back to this horrible experience. Peterborough is only 15 more minutes more to drive from our horse farm.

    I hope those old ladies take a course in customer service. Cobourg's reputation is tarnished by you people.
