  "We PROMISE you'll get an MRI before midnight". This was four days ago. They then told us "Well, the radiologist is off on weekends, you should be in by Wednesday at the latest".

  I have always been treated well at this hospital. Wait times can be long, but that should be expected in emergency rooms. It's all about triage. if you had to wait, you weren't in dire straights, otherwise you wouldn't be alive to complain.

  They just called - February 20th (18 days later).. WHAT A JOKE. They have NO idea what is wrong and really don't seem to care.

  I've had two kids (well my wife had them) here and the nurses, staff and FOOD are great!

  I moved to the community 1 year ago. Have dealt with different hospitals and find NHH is exceptional! Very friendly and professional staff throughout the entire building. Have had tests done, been in emerge a few times with husband, mother and myself and have never had an issue! Even the triage staff have been friendly and courteous unlike some hospitals! The wait time is a bit long but that's what happens when there is a shortage of doctors out there.

  E.R. is Dirty, and has absolute slowest least enthusiastic service you'll receive anywhere (expect 3-4 hours waits if it's not busy 6+ if it is). Nobody wants to be here, staff or patients.
