  21st Century agents are scammers. My father was sold a policy based on false basis. We were told that if he had to cancel his trip due to medical reasons they would refund his money and the reason we paid for this insurance was for his medical conditions. He ended up canceling his trip since his tests came out abnormal and the doctors had to run more tests for him. No the claim ended up being rejected and the company making nonsense excuses to exclude his case from the refund.
