  Prices are very fair and some of the best around for this style. They have great combos and walk-in specials are available as well.

  Other then that everything else we've gotten is great - garlic bread, wings, and pizza.

  Place looks clean and decent, server was nice enough, but do not waste your time or money on their "Detroit-style" pizza, unless you enjoy the taste of BURNT. The bottom and 4 sides of this square pan-pizza were burnt black, and that's all we could taste. Ended up just eating the cheese and pepperoni off the top, the burnt crust was disgusting, whatever solution they use to "grease the pan" with, it's horrible. They've never given me a bad pizza before, but I'll never waste my money on their Detroit-style stuff again. Total waste of ingredients and a cardboard box.

  Service is pretty good for delivery; it's always within expected time frame. Parts of order have been forgotten once or twice but they come right back out with what was missing quickly. If you dine-in it's kind of 50/50 whether the person serving you looks like they want to be there or not and gives you any attention.

  The food is good. Portions have gotten a bit smaller on some of the dishes, such as the panzerotti. We used to get the "Date Night" combo which came with two panzerotti's and they were LOADED. About a year or so ago though they are now about 1/2 as filled as they used to be. Every time we order now I tell them to make sure it's loaded up good, or else it will be skimpy.

  I would say they need to go back to better portion sizes and do some training for front-line in-store staff and they could definitely get a 5*!

  Very disappointing... ordered from them on Friday night for the first time. Placed the order early for delivery at 6:30pm... order showed up.. I paid.. tipped driver 20%... was handed pizzas.. I said "the dips are in the boxes right?" and the driver said "yes they are"... open my pizzas not even 1 minute later, only one dip and I ordered four.. the driver had just driven away so I called and they were abrasive but said they would send the other dips right out... dips never showed up. On top of that the garlic knots were burnt... I will not order again. Terrible customer service.

  I ordered a pizza at 5pm, after calling several times and asking where my pizza was, he said the driver was enroute. At 6:20pm, all the guy kept saying is what do you want me to do, I don't know where my driver is....do you want your pizza or what? Horrible service and horrible customer service. I said I will not accept a pizza that is 80 + minutes old. He did not offer me an opology or even a discount for a cold pizza to keep a customer.
