  They don't really do "service". You order at the register then wait for your name to be called and take your food to your table. Once done you throw out your garbage and leave your tray on top of the garbage.

  The fries? Ever heard of blanching and actually cooking the potatoes to make them crispy guys? They've been soggy as heck forever, its their thing...

  JJs is a great place to eat, I don't think ive ever had a bad meal there. A small family run restaurant with great food and a great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

  The prices are unreasonable too. They do make a mean halibut, but it isn't called "JJ's Halibut and Soggy Fries" now is it? I keep trying this place cause it's convenient, but after eating real burgers and fries at Olympus Burger, I'm never wasting my money here ever again.

  Prices are a bit high for the area/competitors. I think either portions should be upped a bit, or prices should come down a bit.

  BTW: Is mayonnaise the single condiment that tips the scales and makes the buns mushy. Get over yourself. Seriously! Maybe you guys need to take less holidays (like several days a month) and learn your craft better.
