  Service is slow at drive through and they've missed stuff I ordered. Manager apologized and made good on it but they need to improve. I've found the dine-in service quite good in the past but haven't dined in recently. It seems like they've had some turn-over in staff. I hope they improve their service.

  Good service. Over cooked food though. Chicken & roast beef were very dry.

  I've eaten here a few times and more often than not the wait is too long and the chicken is not cooked.

  What a horrible experience. We went on Thanksgiving Sunday (yesterday). Had the Thanksgiving special. We weren't asked what side we wanted or what type of dinner roll we wanted. Our dinners consisted of about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, a very small piece of chicken, and to top it off we were informed that there was no pie of any kind left. What kind of Thanksgiving special was this supposed to be? We were informed we could have a sundae or a Toberlone chocolate bar for $4. We later ordered tea and coffee which we never received. We were so fed up we paid our bill and left. Never shall I return to this Swiss Chalet. Disgusted.
