  The owners are fantastic! I had a valuable package to ship to the states and was feeling stressed and confused after investigating other shipping options. They clearly explained my options and left me feeling confident I had made the right choice. They are warm and friendly. As a small business owner I understand the importance of excellent customer service. They delivered! I would highly recommend them.

  I went into the store around late March to early April, just to make a simple fax and the new owner and his staff were there. I was used to the old owner who didn't really like working there so it was a nice change yo be greeted by them. Then I went in two days ago and the place looks great! They painted and had the carpets cleaned and the place smelled nice! It was great to see people take such pride in what they own.

  Slow service. Waited half an hour to send one package with one person ahead of me. My beer went warm in the car.
