  Waste of time, unless all you need is a cellphone or cell accessories. Employees, while at least pleasant, seem to know nothing beyond the diatribe that they rehearsed. If you don't find it hanging in plain sight, there's always Amazon or Ali Baba on the internet, and while you will wait for it, it'll be 1/5 the price you'd pay buying anything here. On the plus side, here's a place for teenagers to work, no matter how bright or dim they may be.

  under Manager Bob H. and his assistant Tanya R. I did see lots of improvement at my local The Source Cobourg Store... offering total solution from cellphone/tv plans to battery for remote and charging cables. in my opinion of Bob hiring practice of getting educated multicultural staff created great positive change in the customer service, where each customers get personal attention and solution to his needs I shop at least once a week at the The Source Cobourg Store... I do hope one day thesource.ca learn from Bob H. and his assistant Tanya R. about customer service and offer the same quality customer service at thesource.ca

  Unfortunately the customer service experience was rather awful yesterday. Went in looking for an Ethernet cable and my boyfriend approached two girls who were working there. They were laughing and chatting at a computer and when he asked for help they asked him to hold on, and then without any real effort they let him know what what was there was all they had. We left without asking the other questions we had.
